recuperating from the flu…discovered this song. Went to youtube and found all these great covers of a beautiful song. Sometimes I am blown away by how talented we humans are and what beauty we are capable of.

Was glad to hear that your son was able to be self-sustaining while you rested. Don’t worry about not being needed by him. My own (23 year old) son has made it perfectly clear that the needing never really goes away - Mom is always very important if only in a state of being herself rather than a series of services on a child’s behalf. When he tells me these things and speaks so eloquently about it I wonder how I ever got so lucky…
